We’d like to introduce you to our OFBD Parade Grand Marshals…Jack and Ruby Finley!
The Finley’s have lived in Parma since 1941. They have 2 children, 1 son and 1 daughter. In his younger years Jack drove truck hauling fuel and feed in the area
They say their favorite thing about Parma is the people!
